Headway Friendship Circle

The Headway Friendship Circle (HFC) is a family support group for Headway members and their loved ones. Our community consists of families from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, all united by the shared experience of having someone dear to them who has sustained a brain injury.

Meeting other families facing similar challenges can be a positive and supportive experience. By sharing our experiences and listening to others, we can feel less alone and better equipped to cope with the effects of brain injury.

In a world where there is often a lack of understanding about brain injury, it’s important for us to come together and support each other.

HFC gatherings take place on the first Saturday of every month at Headway Hyde Park from 9-11am and on the second Saturday of every month at Soweto. We also offer online options for those who wish to join virtually.
